## October 18, 2026

- Facts page (/facts) with the same facts as JSON (/facts.json), and this changelog.
- Public MCP server: get_pricing and check_fit tools, and better search ranking (word forms, synonyms such as PT and physical therapy).
- Docs pages show when they were last updated; the brand is written Genko Prior Auth in titles.

## October 17, 2026

- Public, read-only MCP server at /mcp for the documentation, guides, specialty checklists and facts.
- Pricing page with the published plans and the free trial.
- Specialty pages (dental, aesthetics, physiotherapy), prior authorization guides and the page for AI assistants.
- The read-only practice connector for AI assistants was built; it is not yet enabled.

## October 16, 2026

- Copy buttons on packet and appeal sections, clinical notes and structured findings.
- Team invitations work through a link the inviter shares.
- Updated dental, aesthetics and physiotherapy code lists.

## October 15, 2026

- Search across all ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes when creating a request.
- llms.txt, Markdown versions of public pages, structured data and share images.

## October 14, 2026

- Stripe billing: owners and admins choose a plan, manage the card and download invoices.
- Early-access request form, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

## October 13, 2026

- Invite-only accounts with four roles (owner, admin, provider, staff) and practice-level data isolation.
- New-request flow with saved drafts, specialty structured findings and file attachments.
- Packet drafting (letter, medical-necessity summary, documentation checklist) with plan limits, editing and locking.
- PDF export of locked packets, submission and outcome tracking, and appeal drafts.
- Public documentation and home page.

## Roadmap

- Use with real patient information (business associate agreements and the safeguards that go with them): not available; no date.

Also not available yet:

- Self-serve sign-up. Practices are set up by invitation and start on a free trial; owners then subscribe in the app (payments run through Stripe). Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
- The connector for AI assistants (Practice plan, read-only request status). It is built but not yet enabled.
- Drafting through an AI assistant. The connector reads status only; drafting through it is planned, with no date.
- Reading uploaded files. They are stored and can be downloaded, but the AI doesn't read them yet; only pasted notes and structured findings are used.
- Languages other than English.
- A production run of the AI gateway. Drafting has been tested end to end with a stand-in model; the live model path hasn't been exercised in production.
